Join Faith Ralphs, local blogger at FaithfulPlateful.com, for a fun hands-on cooking class for kids aged 4 to 12. Make healthy green food for St. Patrick's Day! Whip up a shamrock shake and other green delights! Children under age 8 need caregiver assistance. Everyone attending the class will have a chance to win Faith's book "Plant-Based Cooking for Kids." Registration is encouraged to guarantee your spot; however, walk-ins are welcome until we reach our attendance limit.
Faith loves to create recipes to be as nutritious and delicious as possible. She has a degree in Public Health and five years experience employed as a health coach. Hoping to avoid the standard American diseases that come along with the standard American diet, she's transitioned to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle over the past fourteen years.
