HENRY - Healthy Families Right from the Start

Date: Starting Wednesday 9th September 2026 then every week for 8 weeks until 28th October 2026

Time: 1:30pm-3:00pm

Location: Thatto Heath Primary School

The HENRY programme is for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 5 years. It is free to join.

All parents want the best for their children, but with so much advice out there, it can be hard to know what’s right—especially in the early years.

Research shows that young children need:

• Parents who feel confident
• Plenty of active play
• Healthy food
• Good family routines
• Fun times together

The programme runs for 8 weeks and covers these topics to help give your child a great start in life.

Every parent who joins gets a HENRY toolkit with helpful resources to use at home. It will support you in making small changes that make a big difference.
