Need a quick appetizer for guests or a healthy snack cup for the kids to eat on the way to their afterschool activities? Learn how fun and easy a beautiful charcuterie snack board/cup can be assembled with healthy options. Local Chef Jamie Talarico will demonstrate how to pair cheeses with fruits, assemble a quick refrigerator pickle, glaze nuts with some seasoning, and carve simple garnishes for a delicious plate that looks like a lot of fuss (but isn't!) . Participants will practice this art and take home their own snack board/cup. These simple strategies will help find a better alternative to those emergency fast food drive thru's, taste SO delicious, and are much more nutritous.
