Together, we’ll explore what healthy boundaries really are, how culture and lived experience shape them, and how to set limits in family, work, and social relationships with confidence and care.
Participants will learn to recognize boundary violations, communicate assertively, practice self-boundaries, and navigate pushback without losing themselves in the process.
