CHOP's Center for Health Equity in partnership with Community of Compassion is hosting our next Community Health Partnership Clinic focused on families and children—from infancy to early childhood and beyond. Families can receive childcare physicals, dental screenings and fluoride varnish, Flu and COVID vaccines, free baby & toddler supplies, early childhood resources, health education, trainings, and more —all in one place and at no cost.
