Who Should Attend?

Pregnant women who:

• Need help paying for prenatal care
• Do not have health insurance
• Have limited insurance
• Need help finding a doctor or midwife

What Should You Bring?

These documents are not required, but will speed up assistance:

• Valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
• Proof of address (utility bill, lease, etc.)
• Proof of income (recent pay stubs, benefits letter, or employer letter)
