About this Event

Join Regina Community Clinic for an engaging and practical conversation about brain health and aging with Dr. Holly Bardutz, PhD, Director of the Brain Health and Wellness Lab at the University of Regina.

Drawing on current research, Dr. Bardutz will explore what we know about maintaining brain health throughout adulthood and translate the science into practical information people can use in their everyday lives.

The morning will include a presentation by Dr. Bardutz, followed by a moderated conversation and audience Q&A — providing an opportunity to explore the questions that matter to you.

This event will be of interest to anyone who wants to learn more about brain health and healthy aging, including older adults, family members and caregivers, health and community-service professionals, people who work with older adults, and students.

This is an RCC Community Conversations event, a Regina Community Clinic initiative bringing members and the broader community together to learn, exchange ideas and engage with experts on issues that affect our health and well-being.
