Healthy Active Ageing Forum & Expo 2026We’re excited to invite you to the Healthy Active Ageing Forum & Expo 2026, a free community event focused on helping you stay active, connected and improve your strength and balance.
Join us on Thursday 14 May, 10am–12pm at the TSB Stadium New Plymouth for a morning of practical advice, local support, and opportunities to get moving.
Hear from health professionals sharing friendly, easy-to-follow tips on maintaining your wellbeing, with guest speakers presenting from 10:30am–12pm (timetable available on the day). From 10am, you can explore a wide range of expo stalls and connect with community organisations offering valuable services and support.
There will also be an opportunity to have a go at pickleball, a fun, social, and easy-to-learn activity suitable for all fitness levels. If you’re keen to try something new or work on your strength and balance, come dressed to move and join in.
This is a free event, and everyone is welcome.
