Health+Wellness Classes: E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness Takeover

Limited spots will be available for each class. If you are not able to attend, please release your tickets to allow others to enjoy! If advance registration is sold out, we will have limited on-site registration. Sign-ups are released weekly.

It’s an E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness, Home Depot Backyard takeover! Join us for a combined bodyweight HIIT workout and mobility stretch class.
At 6:00PM Shayon Green, master fitness coach and lululemon ambassador will conduct his signature body weight HIIT workout! With high energy music, this class will test your endurance, and challenge you mentally!
Immediately following his class at 7:00pm, Lola Staxx, will enhance your functional mobility with her Flo with Lo class, focusing on exercises that improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you are looking to increase your range of motion, or aiming to prevent future issues, this class offers a comprehensive approach tailored to meet individual needs. Please bring a mat or towel as some exercises will be on the ground.

FREE Parking is available in the Mercedes-Benz Lot across from Gate 1 on the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking will be available on an hourly basis in the Orange Deck.

Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.

MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive
