Healthier Hospitality Workshop | Batemans Bay

Destination Southern NSW is excited to partner with Raising the Bar Foundation on the roll out of the program, a hands-on session aimed at creating safer, more supportive workplaces in the hospitality industry.

Learn how to recognise mental health challenges, manage stress, and foster better communication within your team.

This 90-minute workshop is designed to align with SafeWork NSW's Code of Practice for psychosocial hazards and equips hospitality staff with practical tools to improve wellbeing and productivity.

Created through collaboration with industry leaders, government bodies, and educational institutions, this workshop addresses real-world challenges faced by hospitality workers every day.

Delivered in an interactive, face-to-face format, the workshop covers:
