As an HCA at Rampton, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of patients. Your duties will involve:
•Assisting patients with daily activities such as personal care, feeding, and mobility
•Supporting the work of nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care
•Building strong, trusting relationships with patients to help them feel comfortable and safe
•Helping maintain a positive and therapeutic environment
HCAs are crucial to patient care, and although the role can be challenging, it is highly rewarding.
