HEALTH, WELLNESS & PERFORMANCE FEST 2026

Starting at 8:00 AM, our outdoor wellness market will open in the Dynamic Performance & Recovery parking lot, featuring local businesses and wellness professionals. Come browse, shop, connect, and support great people doing great work in the health and wellness space!

Inside the facility, we’ll be hosting two seperate group training seesions (8:30AM & 10:30AM) that are athlete-inspired, consisting of mobiliy, agility, strength training and conditioning, all the good things you miss about training like an athelte.

These structured one-hour sessions are designed to challenge and energize participants while remaining welcoming and accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Expect thoughtful programming, expert coaching, and a motivating group atmosphere.

8:00 AM – Wellness Market Opens

8:30 AM – First Training Session
Limited to 28 participants ($10 per person)

10:30 AM – Second Training Session
Limited to 28 participants ($10 per person)

12:30 PM - Wellness Market Closes

At the end of each training session, participants will have the opportunity to win prizes and giveaways provided by our vendors and partners.

Our wellness market will remain open throughout the entire event, so even if you’re not participating in the training sessions, you’re welcome to explore the market, support local businesses, and connect with our community and staff!

Whether you’re joining us for the workout, the vendors, or simply the atmosphere, we look forward to bringing people together for a fun and energizing morning focused on health, movement, and community!
