Health Talk Series: Blood Pressure (NEW!)

Check. Change. Control.® (CCC) Blood Pressure is an evidence-based program that empowers participants to manage their blood pressure through self-monitoring and lifestyle changes. It aims to reduce health disparities by promoting medication adherence, physical activity, healthy eating, and mental well-being. This health talk series is presented by the American Heart Association of Tampa Bay.

Know your numbers. Self-monitor regularly. Take action if you or someone you care about is at risk or has high blood pressure.
