Led by a licensed professional counselor and trained health rhythms facilitator, Amanda Smith, LPCC. Health Rhythms is a group drumming program designed specifically to help reduce stress, improve mood, boost communication, and a fun way to meet new people! No Prior experience required.
Instruments are provided.
This event is located at the New Albany-Floyd Public Library.
There is a registration fee of $20 and will be collected at the event.
Group is limited to 12 attendees!
