Title: Below the Knee is the Key: Practical Tips for Assessing Runners
Summary: Below the Knee is the Key explores why calf capacity is a critical yet often overlooked factor in running performance and injury. This practical, evidence-informed session provides clinicians with clear frameworks for assessing calf strength, endurance and mobility, and shows how to move beyond guesswork when evaluating runners. Using current research and real-world testing strategies, the talk highlights how to identify meaningful capacity deficits, interpret common calf tests, and integrate findings within a broader load-management and kinetic chain approach
