Seven Hills Neighborhood Houses, in partnership with Anthem, invites you to our Health on the Go Community Health & Resource Fair! This is a great opportunity to connect with local organizations, learn about available resources, and take steps toward a healthier you. 🙌🏾
✨ HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
✅ Community resource tables and local services
✅ Medicaid open enrollment information
✅ UC Health mammography appointments
✅ Snacks and refreshments
✅ Free hats and gloves while supplies last
✅ Raffles and fun prizes! 🎁
🎀 Mammogram Appointments:
Appointments must be scheduled by calling (513) 584-PINK (7465).
Please bring your photo ID and insurance card. Funding is available for uninsured and underinsured women.
