Health Matters Event: The Art of Swallowing: Dysphagia at UHBW

Our next Health Matters Event will showcase the work of our Nutrition and Dietetics, and our Speech and Language Therapy teams!

Anyone at any stage of their lives from infants, children and adults, can be affected by dysphagia. Dysphagia is the medical term for difficulty swallowing. Join our team who will be taking you on a journey to uncover some of the truths about this condition and debunk some myths. You can put your questions to the team and even try out some of the modified foods people with Dysphagia eat.

Join us on Thursday 6th November for an evening of hands-on learning about our Nutrition and Dietetics team and our Speech and Language Therapy teams and the important work they do at UHBW.
