Fun And Easy Health Hangouts are designed to gather like-minded community members who want to deepen their healing and health practices. This Hangout we will have our annual Pool Party! We indulge in a potluck so bring food a swimsuit and a towel to have fun in a clean heated pool at 86 + degrees and relax in different lounging areas.
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm Aquatic Aerobics
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm Transformative Meditation
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic dance is a free-form meditative dance practice that involves moving freely to music without judgment or limits. The goal is to allow the music to take the dancer on a journey leading to a trance-like state and feelings of ecstasy. Ecstatic dance can be a spiritual and therapeutic practice.
