Health Hangout "pH Party"

On Saturday, May 18th, from 3 pm-6 pm, Fun and Easy Health is hosting a FREE Health Hangout! This is where you'll have an opportunity to learn, mingle, eat, and meet with a professional health coach (holistic kinesiologist) for a free consultation. If you or someone you know have wanted to be introduced to healthy living and a holistic lifestyle, now is the time! At this Health Hangout, we will go over the issues of having an unbalanced pH. Why is a healthy pH important? When imbalanced, it causes weight gain, mood swings/disorders, and chronic health diseases like acidosis, blood sugar issues, and inflammation illnesses.
