Health Beyond Measure!

Thanks to support from the American Heart Association, Harmony Health is excited to host our Healthy Beyond Measure Program. This program uses Healthy for Life® series as part of our Pat's Promise Healthy Living Initiative.

Join us every 4th Saturday from 10am-12pm beginning in July, 2024 in person at the HH Office Conference Room.

Healthy for Life® is an evidence-based community nutrition and well-being program that empowers people to make healthy food, nutrition and lifestyle choices.

We will be offering 6 workshops, 3 of which will include Live Cooking demostrations!

The topics will cover:

• Your Well-Being
• Cooking Skills and Food
• Grocery Shopping
• Growing Healthy Habits
• Globally Inspired Home Cooking
• Gardening in Your Neighborhood

You can register for as many as you wish. Each one is only $5 each session.

We have limited space, so register today.

If you cannot make it, please cancel your registration, so that another person can use the opportunity.
