Featuring East Tennessee Wellness Directory member, The Empirical Herbalist: Discover the power of plants and learn how herbs can support your health journey. Ruth Shelton, Master Herbalist with over 20 years of experience working with herbs and people, will share tips, remedies, and stories from the world of herbal medicine. Whether you’re new to herbs or a seasoned enthusiast, you’ll leave with practical knowledge, fresh ideas, and a deeper connection to the healing power of nature.
Also featuring, ETWD member, Beth Noelle. Beth will be giving a mini Movo:Dance class, a dynamically guided movement experience that inspires profound connection to, and development of, one’s innate Body Wisdom. Classes are playfully engaging while at the same time grounding and healing.Simple, yet effective, each experience is unique and a collaborative co-creation between facilitator and participants, each honoring what is needed in the moment for maximum benefit.

Schedule:
5:00pm - 5:30pm: The Empirical Herbalist, explains the ways that herbs help us physically, emotionally and spiritually and the ways we can used them in tinctures, teas, salves and more!
5:30pm - 7:00pm: Eat, Introductions, Network, Mix & Mingle
7:00pm - 7:30pm: Mini Movo:Dance class with Beth Noelle
