Health and Work Team - Looking After Your Wellbeing at Work

This session is suitable for employees and managers working across Tayside.
We will explore wellbeing and the steps we can all take to improve our wellbeing at work. By sharing some useful tools, the session aims to provide attendees with resources to take a more proactive approach to protecting their wellbeing at work.
Outcomes for this session are;
Understand what we mean by wellbeing and the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing
Increased understanding of the risk and protective factors that affect our wellbeing at work
Identified strategies we can use to support out wellbeing
Knowledge of some practical tools and resources that can be used to help prioritise wellbeing
This session is only open to those working in Tayside and suitable for all job roles.
