This two-day (12 hour) program will take you on an Ayurvedic journey to support your healing process. During this program you’ll explore how to activate your body’s innate ability to heal itself. The program begins with an exploration of why we become sick on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level and how our challenges can serve us to grow and evolve toward higher awareness. The program continues with an exploration of Ayurvedic principles as they apply to your personal healing.You’ll explore your constitution, the nature of your imbalances, and how to utilize diet, lifestyle , colors, aromas, sound and yoga to activate your full healing potential. There will be plenty of time for personal exploration, dialogue, and questions. This program is born of Dr. Halpern’s 40 years in the healing arts and his book, “Healing Your Life”.
