💜Guided Inner Child Meditation: Begin the session with a gentle meditation that will guide you to reconnect with your inner child tapping into the innocence, playfulness, and curiosity within.

💜Sound Bath: Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more wash over you, allowing deep relaxation and the release of tension in the body and mind.

💜 Reflective Space: After the sound bath, you’ll have time for journaling or quiet reflection, connecting deeper with any insights or emotions that surfaced during the session.
