Join Misty , Jasmin and Haley for a magical event centered around Healing Within . 90 Minutes of Sound Healing accompanied by Reiki Healing and restorative poses to fully relax the body and mind . Haley will begin the practice with Breathwork to prepare the body for deep meditation, Jasmin will follow with setting you up in a comfortable restorative yoga pose to relax in while Misty performs Reiki Healing on each participant.
This practice will help you to fully relax your mind , clear energetic blockages and leave your body feeling calm and refreshed .
