🐴Join us for a powerful experience of healing, blending the transformative presence of horses.
🐴Here's how it works:
The group will be seated in a circle in the horse arena on wooden folding chairs. Regina will play crystal singing bowls while I apply Reiki to each student. Both sound healing and Reiki are powerful modalities to reduce stress and increase positive energy flow in the body. The horses will be roaming in the arena during this time.
🐴You can pet and take photos when you arrive and at the end of the event!
🐴You will not be riding horses at this event.

🐴HORSES
Why Horses?
Horses are incredible healers. Their gentle, intuitive nature helps us release trauma and reconnect with our true selves. Horses sense and respond to our emotions, helping us bring subconscious wounds to the surface for healing. Their calm presence eases anxiety, allowing us to ground ourselves and feel more centered. By interacting with horses, we tap into our inner strength, vulnerability, and trust, essential elements in the trauma recovery process. Horses hold space for us without judgment, encouraging the release of old emotional blockages in a safe, nurturing environment.
🐴MEDITATION: Meditation encourages a state of mindful presence, where both the participant and the horses become attuned to each other's energy and breathing patterns. This shared experience creates a deep sense of connection and can help reduce stress, anxiety and trauma
🐴REIKI: Horses are highly receptive to Reiki (or any other hands on energy healing), more so than any other animals. Horses are natural teachers, guiding you on your journey to inner growth and healing. They sense physical injuries, anxiety and sadness. Research from England suggests that they can read our facial expressions as well! Simply being around them will enhance your experience. Each student will receive healing Reiki. Chairs will be provided.
🐴SOUND HEALING: Enjoy the beautiful sound vibration of crystal singing bowls to balance the flow of energy in your body. The heart space of horses can "speak" to ours, causing our hearts to fall into a regulated rhythm. This can reduce cortisol levels, deepen breathing, and release oxytocin and beta endorphins.

🐴There are NO REFUNDS for this event. You can use a credit for any group yoga class with Kelly, excluding retreats, trainings and events held outside the studio. There is a 20% fee when receiving a credit.
