Join Denise Maple of Live Life Spiritual Direction and and Laura Heffernan of Susanna Farms for a peaceful and restorative afternoon immersed in nature and the gentle presence of horses.
Set on the serene grounds of Susanna Farms, this experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace—one that naturally extends outward into your life.

🌿 What to Expect
3:00 – 3:30 PM
Welcome, farm tour, and an overview of how cultivating inner peace supports greater peace in our outer world.
3:30 – 5:30 PM | Rotating Experiences (40 minutes each)
Participants will rotate through three immersive offerings:
✨ Reiki & Guided Meditation with Denise
Receive Reiki energy healing while being in the presence of horses, combined with a guided meditation focused on cultivating inner and outer peace.
🐎 Grounding & Connection with Laura
Experience a grounding meditation, along with time to groom and connect with the horses in a calm, supportive environment.
🌸 Reflection & Nature Immersion
Spend time journaling with thoughtfully curated prompts, walking the farm, and connecting with nature and the animals at your own pace.
5:30 – 6:00 PM
Closing circle and group discussion to reflect on your experience and reconnect with the intentions you set at the beginning of the day.
✨ What to Bring & Know
A journal and pen
Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather
Wear closed-toe shoes
Fresh-pressed juice, tea, and snacks will be provided
The farm has a unique gift nook for your shopping pleasure
👥 Guests Welcome
If you’d like to share the experience, you’re welcome to bring a guest or two.
General Admission: $5 (paid at the door) for those not participating in the experience
Guests may enjoy refreshments, the meditation garden, and explore the peaceful farm grounds
