Be introduced to how Sound healing works
Gain understanding of what are Crystal singing bowls
Learn what makes them special
Develop understanding about healing properties and benefits of Crystal Bowls
Be introduced to Chakras/ Energy Centers of the body
Learn and practice how to use/ play Crystal bowls
Discuss other Sound healing tools
Experience Sound bath journey
