This introductory, interactive and practical workshop is for you if you are drawn or connect to the sound of the Crystal singing bowls, you own one or thinking of purchasing one and not sure how to use it.. Or you want to learn what is Sound healing about..
During this workshop you will:
Share sacred space with others in supportive nurturing environment of upstairs Haven at Carpe Diem
Be introduced to how Sound healing works
Gain understanding of what are Crystal singing bowls
Learn what makes them special
Develop understanding about healing properties and benefits of Crystal Bowls
Be introduced to Chakras and colours
Learn and practice how to play Crystal bowls
Discuss other Sound healing tools
Experience Sound bath journey
