Healing With Balance
This experience is intentionally designed to support healing without requiring participants to share personal traumatic experiences or distressing details with the group. Our focus is on building strengths, resources, self-compassion, and connection while creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Individuals are welcome to share positive insights and experiences; however, trauma narratives are not shared within the group.
All activities are invitational and optional. Participants are encouraged to engage in ways that feel safe, comfortable, and supportive for their unique needs. No prior experience with EMDR, yoga, acupuncture, meditation, or sound healing is required.
Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional healing, greater self-awareness, or simply an opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself, this experience offers a gentle and supportive space to nurture mind, body, and spirit.
