Healing with Ayurveda

“Ayur” stands for “Life Force” and “Veda” stands for “Knowledge”. Join Komal Dadlani, with 14 years of experience as a Yoga Educator, for a 5-day immersion into Ayurveda, as we embark on the study of the ancient texts documenting the “Knowledge of Life”.

These 5 days will be marked by a practical approach to this science, seeking to improve your wellbeing and train your ability to resolve common day-to-day discomforts, such as colds, flu, poor digestion, allergies, acne, heavy periods, joint aches and other frequent ailments, through simple and accessible remedies, such as herbs, spices, dietary choices and some basic lifestyle recommendations that will upgrade your wellbeing a tonne.

Anti-acid pills, anti-allergy pills, sleeping pills, anxiety pills…If you’ve been regularly resorting to Medic*tion while thereafter having to deal with its side-effects, these 5 days will come in handy.

The main objective of this immersion is to teach you how to accurately read your body and equip you with easy-to-reach solutions that will effectively address your symptoms. A great opportunity to embrace a new and empowering approach to your health.

Practical understanding of how Ayurveda operates, so that you can self-regulate on the basis of your symptoms:

b. How to identify the source of your symptoms

c. How to alleviate your symptoms

(The advice provided will be suitable for day to day issues, such as digestive problems, sleeping disorders, skin rashes, hormonal imbalances, mood flux, etc. It is not directed towards more complex ailments, such as Cancer or systemic conditions, though they will be discussed)

Who is your Teacher?

My name is Komal, but people know me as Komi. I first came to Ayurveda 15 years ago, while trying to manage several autoimmune issues and alleviate the side effects from heavy meds. I have been blessed with the opportunity to have some of the best Ayurvedic teachers and guides throughout my learning and healing. Thanks to Ayurveda, I can now live a seemingly lupus-free life; and though its application was a little challenging at the start, Ayurveda is now fully integrated into my busy city-life. With this workshop, I hope to spark your interest in Ayurveda; and help you befriend small-ayurvedic-habits that will have a great impact in the quality of your life.
