Healing With Art is a gentle, supportive monthly series designed to help ease stress, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience through simple, meaningful art experiences. Each class offers a calming creative process paired with grounding techniques you can easily bring into daily life.
This is not about being “good at art.”
It is about slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and creating something that supports your well-being.

Cost: $40 per class
Schedule: Select Mondays 6:30–8:30 PM
Select Saturdays & Sundays 1:00–3:00 PM
