Join a very small, intimate group for a traditional Rapé (Nunu) ceremony — an ancient Amazonian practice for cleansing, grounding, and awakening inner truth. Guided by Carol, a Paqo-trained medicine woman, sound healer, yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and breathwork facilitator, you will experience this sacred medicine in a safe, respectful, and intentional way.

Rapé (pronounced ha-peh) is a sacred blend of medicinal plants, herbs, and ashes, prepared by indigenous tribes of the Amazon. Administered through the nose with a ceremonial applicator called a kuripe, it is known to clear mental chatter, release emotional blockages, and bring deep presence.
