RPG Game Night, "Liminal Horror" w/ Chi at SQBG

LIMINAL HORROR is a rules-lite, adaptable Survival-Horror roleplaying game about normal characters and their struggles against the things that go bump in the night. Liminal Horror is not a game about solving mysteries, but rather surviving them.

FRESHMEN PARTY is a roleplay heavy scenario for the Liminal Horror system that forces players to investigate their deeply weird campus, have awkward conversations, and figure out, like, what their deal is.

Content Warnings for the game: Abuse, Mental Health, Psychological Horror, Trauma

• You can send me your lines and veils ahead of time or share them before the game (considerfastnet on discord) and we will go over them together before we start our game as well. We will use safety tools like Open Table and the X Card.

ABOUT YOUR GM

Chi (she/her) is a GM with a few years of experience running indie RPGs for friends and convention attendees, and she is now a regular GM at Side Quest. She loves encouraging player collaboration, worldbuilding, and introducing games to new players.

ABOUT THE VENUE

• Side Quest Books & Games is located on the balcony of Bow Market in Somerville's Union Square. There is an elevator available in the Bow Market lobby, which is to the right of Pop's Pinball Parlor.

• Outside food and drink are allowed.
• Masks are optional, but please let us know and stay home if you are ill.
