Healing Trauma Workshop

Join us for this in-person workshop designed to provide a supportive & empowering space for individuals on your healing journey.

This workshop explores:

• what trauma is and how it is a risk factor for domestic violence and/or substance use
• how trauma impacts the individual, the family, and the community
• what are some professional and self-help strategies available for alleviating and preventing trauma
