Grief is like stepping into the wilderness without a map. It can be uncertain and overwhelming, and it’s different for everyone who walks the trail. At Healing Trails Youth Grief Camp, youth ages 5-12 can expect a day of connection and support, games and activities and an opportunity to honor and remember loved ones as they navigate their grief journey.
⏰ When: Wednesday, July 15, 10 a.m. -3 p.m. Check-in at 9:30 a.m. 📍Where: Hawkeye Community College, Tama Hall (1501 E. Orange Road, Waterloo). Camp will be held mostly indoors, rain or shine. ❓Who: Youth ages 5-12 💲Cost: No cost – open to all who are grieving the death of a loved one, regardless of if the death happened on our hospice program
