Relax and restore with a sound healing experience facilitated by Nicole Donovan and Sheree Asdot. Nicole will play the crystal bowls and Sheree will provide hands-on Reiki to each particapant, encouraging the body and mind to let go, bringing you into a state of peace and restoration.

We will provide a Yoga mat, bolster and blankets but feel free to bring any cozy items to make your healing nest more comfy.
