Step into a space of deep restoration and energetic alignment through the practice of Chakra Connection Healing Touch Technique. This gentle, hands-on energy therapy is designed to open and balance the body’s seven primary chakras and additional 5, fostering a harmonious flow of energy that supports physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. Melanie found this to be very relaxing, especially when starting the day or ending the day to unwind before sleep. You can also use this in combination with Yoga or other modalities. In addition, it can be used as a self-care tool during a stressful situation, healing from an injury or illness, or for times of decision making.

You can do this sitting up, laying down, or both. We'll be applying this technique on ourselves together, and at the end, we'll get to completely relax and bask in our own beautiful, open yet contained energy field!
This technique was created by Dr. W. Brugh Joy (called "The Chakra Connection" technique) and is referred to in his book, Joys Way: A Map for the Transformational Journey
The technique by itself takes about 20-25 minutes.

- Mat or folding/zero gravity chair, pillow, blanket. Whatever you need to make yourself comfortable! (blankets and bolsters are available at the studio)
- Filled Water bottle
