Healing Together - A Grief Support Group

Are you grieving? To heal grief, those painful internal thoughts and feelings need to be expressed and integrated into your being- not stuffed down and ignored. Through this external expression you can integrate your pain and eventually find a new way forward.

A grief support group may provide you a sense of not being so alone. It may allow you to share and mourn your loss in a safe ,therapeutic environment.

Looking for a safe space to grow, connect, and heal? Our 6-week support groups, hosted by experienced therapists at our 46-year-old non-profit, are here for you. Groups will be closed to newcomers after the first 2 sessions, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
