Healing Through Writing: Writing has the power to heal. In this transformative three-session course, participants will explore writing as a therapeutic tool for emotional growth and self-discovery. Through guided exercises and reflective prompts, attendees will deepen their connection to their emotions, using the written word as a means of processing and healing. Each session will focus on a different aspect of emotional well-being, equipping participants with meaningful techniques they can continue to use long after the course concludes.
