Join Katya and Tiphanie for an immersive evening of deep healing and energetic alignment through a combination of reflexology and sound therapy. These ancient, powerful practices combined will assist with balancing the chakra system, moving stuck energy in the body to facilitate healing, reduce anxiety and stress to relax into the NOW.
Expect to receive reflexology as you are lulled into a deep meditative state to healing sounds of gongs, chimes, crystal bowls and vocal toning.
