You’re warmly invited to come and experience the work of Sarah Peyton’s Resonant Healing Language - a gentle, relational way of tending to the brain for positive change. Together we learn how to garden our neurons: softening the harsh inner voices, weeding out old patterns, and watering the seeds of self‑kindness.

If you’re wondering, “What is Resonance?”
It’s the art of feeling into another person’s experience without losing yourself. It’s being moved by their emotions and energy, checking whether what you sense has any relationship to what they’re feeling, and offering language that brings both people into deeper connection and understanding. It’s a way of listening and communicating that helps our nervous systems settle.

I'm offering a few sessions and you can come to one or all. In each session, I’ll share some of the neuroscience behind how our brains can heal and change at any age. You’ll see what Resonance feels like in real time, and you’ll have the chance to practice in a small, supportive group. We meet in my home studio, exploring attunement, body sensations, and the power of acknowledging what is - simple practices that help our brain and body heal and grow.

Our brains influence one another, and you’ll learn what kinds of language support positive brain change, emotional balance and deeper connection.

You’re welcome to join us for experiential sessions in Resonance - an interactive, supportive basic course. Come for one session or join them all; each week stands alone with a fresh theme.

This is your chance to explore healing through relationship and connection. This work is rooted in the neuroscience of my mentor Sarah Peyton, and I’ve been a certified Resonant Healing Language Practitioner since 2024 and have a private practice supporting clients 1:1 online.

It’s a gentle introduction to the ideas and elements of Resonance, with space for experience and practice. Whether you’re longing for personal growth or wanting to deepen your relationships, this session may be a hopeful next step.

(This is not therapy, and not suitable for people carrying significant ongoing trauma. You’re welcome to attend with therapeutic support, or you may prefer a private session for more personal work.)
