Winter invites us into stillness—but within that stillness lives profound healing. Join us for a deeply nourishing workshop where poetry, meditation, and ritual come together to soothe the heart and awaken the creative spirit.
Led by Kore McKelvey—author of Letters From Elysium, psychic medium, and poet—this workshop guides you into the gentle medicine of the written word. Kore has spent years discovering how ink, language, and imagination can become pathways back to the body, the heart, and the soul.
During this immersive experience, you will:
• Explore how writing can be used as a healing tool
• Be guided through a meditation to open your inner voice
• Participate in a group writing session (poetry or prose—your choice!)
• Craft a small, meaningful ritual by sealing a personal wish into wax and creating your own ornament for the season
This space is open to everyone—whether you write every day or haven’t touched a notebook in years. All you need is a willingness to show up, breathe, and let the words find you.
$45 per person
