Healing Through Grief: Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Sunday, October 12th | 6:30–8:00 PM

Grief is not a problem to be solved but a presence to be met — a sacred companion on the path of being fully alive. This 90-minute offering invites you into a deeply held space to honor your grief and tend to the landscapes of loss that live in the body.
Through the gentle practice of restorative yoga, you’ll be supported in shapes that encourage deep rest, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Sound healing will be woven into the space to help soften inner resistance, clear stagnant energy, and attune you to the quieter wisdom within.
This is not a space to rush the healing process. It is an invitation to be with what’s true — to allow sorrow to move through you, to reconnect with your inner resilience, and to remember that grief, too, is an expression of love.
