Workshop Title: Healing Through Grief: A Journey to Wholeness
This 3-hour grief workshop offers a compassionate space for individual’s navigating loss. Whether the loss is recent or from years past, participants will gain valuable insights into the grieving process and learn how to process their emotions in healthy, constructive ways. Through a combination of reflective exercises, guided discussions, and group sharing, attendees will explore the five stages of grief (these are not always linear), identify their unique emotional needs, and discover personal tools for healing.
