Join for an evening of grounding, basic burlesque, somatic release, laughter and fun. Stella is a 23 year veteran burlesque performer, producer, and instructor as well as being a trained mental health professional with concentrated advocacy in gender and differently abled bodies.
This workshop (as well as burlesque) is for every-BODY!
Please wear comfortable clothing; bring water, a towel, and sense of adventure.
$20 suggested donation, sliding scale available, no questions asked.
