Healing Through Art: A Day of Grief Support for Adults

This is event is to provide a safe and supportive space for adult individuals (ages 18 +) to process and heal from loss. An experienced art therapist will guide participants through a variety of art experiences to process their thoughts and feelings surrounding the recent loss. Support will be provided during discussions on self-care and healing. All art materials are provided. Light refreshments will be available. Please register for the event, seats are limited to 8 people with a donation reccomendation of $20.00. Additional Sundays 4/20/25, 5/18/25, with registration required for each date.
