In this intimate group setting, leaders skillfully blend proven mental health practices with biblical wisdom. This unique approach aims to dismantle obstacles and empower participants to overcome their trauma. They will embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning to identify trauma, study scripture, and emphasize the significance of being heard. Participants will also explore the grief journey, express their emotions through writing out a lament to the Lord, and ultimately bring their pain to the cross, delving into the profound concept of forgiveness.
Throughout the class, participants will be provided with snacks and drinks.
Additionally, lunch will be included on Saturday, providing a convenient and enjoyable break for all attendees.
