There are seasons when life requires us to be strong, resilient, and everything for everyone…but inside, we are tired, carrying silent weight, and longing for a moment to simply breathe.
Healing the Woman Within is a sacred half-day retreat designed for women who are ready to pause, reflect, release, and reconnect with themselves in a safe and nurturing space.
This experience is intentionally intimate and limited to 30 women so that every attendee feels seen, heard, and supported.
Throughout the retreat, we will create space to gently lay down emotional burdens, process what we’ve been holding, and step into healing and restoration — together.
This is not just an event.
This is a moment to exhale.
This is a space to put the weight down.
This is where healing begins.
