Our next Sacred Sound Session will focus healing the Sacral ChakraOur Sacral Chakra helps us feel zest for life, creativity, joy, and connection. It helps us "birth" our ideas and to express ourselves certain ways. Allow the sacred sounds and mantra to help heal, clear and purify this energy center.
Some examples of what can be trapped and stale in the Sacral Chakra are past perceived failed projects, suppressed childhood emotions and trauma, sexual trauma or trapped energy, blocks to creativity, joy and fun.

You can join us from anywhere in the world. All are welcome. If you cannot make the live session, you will receive a link to the recording to watch in your own time. Please register as usual and you will be sent the recording.
